I sent of my ipod previously and received a replacement. It worked for the first day, but after that it began its annoying rampage of random restarts and being stuck in recovery mode, no matter the amount of restores, or resets I preformed on the annoying piece of gadget.
Well I decided to try sending it to apple again and that's where i am now, with it on its way to apple.
Update once i get a replacement. (if they send me another one, its still under warranty
